Clement Lutaaya is a Lecturer at Makerere University Kampala Uganda, College of Computing and Information Science, Department of Library and Information Science since 2021. Clement has vast experience in management of university libraries where she previously worked for 20 years as University library head before joining Makerere university. She is also the Acting Head, Library and Information Science department, Makerere University. She is interested in training and development of library staff, management of academic Libraries, Knowledge management, ICTs application in libraries and bibliometrics where she has made publications.
